As an option, you can add additional PIN codes to any of your conferences by logging into your AccuConference account management page. When you add a new PIN code, you designate a name for that code and choose what type of PIN it will be. Choose between:

  • Moderator
  • Speaker
  • Participant - Can Hold
  • Participant - Cannot Hold
  • Participant - Muted
  • Conference Playback

You can also designate whether this is a one-time use PIN or a limited number use PIN and set the number of uses allowed.

Adding a One-Time Conference

You can also schedule a one-time conference through your on-line account management page. This service will assign a set of codes that will be usable only for the one conference they were created for. This is a great security feature if you're going to hold a conference that includes participants who would not normally be attending your other conference calls since you do not have to give out your normal conference call PINs.
