Adding
Additional PIN Codes to your
Conference Account
As an option, you can add
additional PIN codes to any
of your conferences by logging
into your AccuConference
account management page.
When you add a new PIN code,
you designate a name for
that code and choose what
type of PIN it will be. Choose
between:
- Moderator
- Speaker
- Participant - Can Hold
- Participant - Cannot Hold
- Participant - Muted
- Conference Playback
You can also designate whether this is a one-time use PIN or a limited number use PIN and set the number of uses allowed.
Adding a One-Time Conference
You can also schedule a
one-time conference through
your on-line account management
page. This service will assign
a set of codes that will
be usable only for the one
conference they were created
for. This is a great security
feature if you're going to
hold a conference that includes
participants who would not
normally be attending your
other conference calls since
you do not have to give out
your normal conference call
PINs.
