Manual - When you’re
on a conference call and
you're viewing the
live call screen you have
access to the out-dial box.
Simply enter the phone number(s)
of the participant(s) you'd
like to call and click “GO.” Your
participant(s) will automatically
be called and when they answer
they’ll hear a menu
that lets them join, reject,
or receive a call-back in
five minutes.
Automated - No more
forgotten conference calls
or late arriving participants.
You can now use Blast Dial
to automatically call each
of your participants at a
set time each week or each
month. Set up contacts in
your profile area and then
create groups to place them
in. Create a new conference
within your account and set
a schedule for it. Add a
group to invite to each scheduled
conference and they will
be automatically called at
the prescribed time.
