Playback Tree
With the AccuConference
Playback Tree feature your
participants have the option
to listen to up to five (5)
pre-recorded conferences
or messages at any time.
You can record the message
via the AccuConference conference
bridge or you can upload
your own audio files. You
also hve the option of having
your voice prompts customized
to your organization's brand.
How the Playback Tree works:
- You record your message
either via the conference
bridge or sending your
audio file to AccuConference
- Your recordings are loaded
into your Playback Tree
in the order you choose
- Your participants will
hear custom prompts with
your brand when they dial
in to the Playback Tree
- Participants then choose
the message they want to
listen to
Pricing
With a flat rate plan:
Choose a flat rate plan based on how many people you would expect to be calling in at one time. For example if you choose the 5 line flat rate plan, then only 5 people would be able to access your recordings at any one time time via a non-toll free number. The sixth person to call in would not be connected. You would pay the monthly flat rate plan cost plus 3.9¢ per minute for the callers that access your recordings.
With a per minute plan:
With a per minute plan ou can have an unlimited number of simultaneous callers to your toll free line. Your account will be billed at 7.9¢ per minute for each of the callers. There are no monthly charges - you just pay for the actual minutes used.
With either plan there are no set up charges
to establish a Playback Tree.
