Perfect for large calls,
your account provides you
with the full function to
have your own live question & answer
session. Our system allows
you to mute all participants
for presentation (lecture)
mode, and then selectively
un-mute a particular line
when there is a question.
Participants "raise
their hand" by simply
pressing *1, and the moderator
then selects to un-mute the
line. This feature gives
you total control and professionalism
of an expert.
 How to start a Q&A session:
- Place the call in Lecture
Mode *5
- Click on View Calls
- Click on "Conference
ON" link (This will take
you to your current conference)
- Participants will press
*1 on their keypad to ask
questions (they will hear
a voice prompt say "Your
hand is raised")
They can press the # sign
if question has already
been asked or if they no
longer wish to ask the
question.
- You will see the word
"hand" next to the person
asking the question. Callers
are placed in order the
question was received.
Make sure to hit the "Refresh"
button on your browser
if you do not see and "Hand"
raised.
- Click the un-mute link
next to the top caller
to allow them to speak
(The participant will hear
"Mute Off").
- When you are ready to
move to the next question,
click the "next ?" link.
This will mute the previous
person and un-mute the
next caller.
- Continue till you are
finished with the session.
