Rates depend on which conference call plan you choose - Flat Rate or Per Minute Rate.

Flat Rate Plan Rates

With the Flat Rate Conference Plan, you can make an unlimited number of conference calls with the following options:

NOTE: With a Flat Rate Conference Plan, participants will have to dial a 404 Atlanta, GA access number. The long distance portion of the conference calls is not included in flat rate pricing. Also, the out-dial feature is not available.

Per Minute Toll Free Plan Rates

Calls from the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada to the toll free number are billed at 7.9¢ per minute, per person, anytime. International out-dial is available to 30 countries at the same low 7.9¢ rate. Out-dial access to countries not on the 30 country list is available with additional surcharges. International conference call participants can also dial into a conference call by dialing the 404 Atlanta, GA access number at their own expense, but your account will still be charged 7.9¢ for their access. Your rate automatically drops to 5.9¢ per minute when you reach a total of 5000 minutes in a one month period.

The following additional options are available:

Automated Operator Attended Conference Calls 13.9¢ per minute/per line

Invite your participants to dial in to your conference, via a toll-free or direct dial/international access number, with a unique PIN. An experienced professional operator will give the opening announcement, introducing the host and any speakers. Our operator will then monitor and assist at any time during the call and offer a question & answer session at the end. Have a worry-free conference with confidence using our top-of-the-line bridges and our highly capable operators.

800 Operator Assisted/ Dial-Out* - 18¢ per minute/per line

Invite your participants to join your conference using our operator access number and have our courteous and professional operators connect them into your conference. Or, if you prefer, our operators can dial out and bring them into your conference, quickly and efficiently. Let our first-rate operators take care of the details and get your conference off to a smooth start.

*Additional $3.00 charge per person that is outdialed and $25.00 Minimum

Hosting a large call (i.e., Investor Relation Meeting, Corporate Meeting) with a Question & Answer session? Sign up for the works! Use our operator access number and have our expert operators connect your participants. Pre-conference with a highly skilled operator to review your conference schedule before it begins. Our well-spoken operator will then moderate your conference--give the opening announcement, introducing the host and any speakers; monitor and assist at any time during the call; and place your participants in a queue to ask questions or give comments at the end. From start to finish, rely on our expertise and professional-quality technology to host a flawless conference.

Conference operators monitor the entire meeting and provide you with every service you might need during the course of your meeting, giving you the extra level of control and security you need for special presentations (Training Seminars, Demos, Investor Relations Announcements, Press Conferences, etc.)
When the conference call is reserved, a list of participants' names and telephone numbers will be given to the Conference Coordinator. The Coordinator then dials out to the chairperson and/or moderator, reviews the special instructions, and places the person(s) into the conference call. All other participants have been dialed out to as well and are waiting on hold until the chairperson/moderator is ready to proceed.

With Operator Assisted calls, you can select from any of our Enhanced Options to make sure your Conference Call is a success. You can expand the reach of your conference call to others that can't make the meeting by recording the conference calls. Our support team can help organize your large conference call.
