AccuConference Star Commands

Many of the features of your AccuConference account are accessed using "star commands" on your telephone keypad. Here is a list:

Operator	Press *0 to reach an operator instantly.
Dial-Out	Press *1 See Out-dial instructions below
Record Conference Calls	Press *2
Volume	Press 4, the moderator will incease the volume in a conference up 3 levels. Pressing 4 again while at the top level awill decrease the volume.
Lecture Mode	Press *5. The moderator can mute all participants except the moderator(s).
Mute	Participants can mute their own lines by pressing 6 on their phone. Pressing 6 again will un-mute the participant's line.
Lock	Press 7 to prevent any new participants from entering the conference. Press 7 again to un-lock the conference.
Participant Count	Press *8 gives the following announcement: "There are # participants and # moderator(s) in the conference.
Terminate Call	Press *9 to end the conference call.
