Call Plan
The AccuConference Flat
Rate Plan is a cost effective
alternative to the "per
minute" Toll-Free
conference plan. You
will pay a flat rate every
month based on the number
of access lines you require
for your conference calls.
Your participants will pay
for their own long distance
when they access your conference
calls.
With the flat rate plan,
you can make an unlimited
number of conference calls
every month. Participants
dial an area code (404) Atlanta,
GA access number and pay
for their own long distance
charges. Please see the feature
page to compare all the
features of the flat rate
conference plan with those
of the toll-free conference
plan.
 Using
AccuConference
To use the service, notify
your guests of the conference
call details. The easiest
way to do this is via e-mail.
Send your guests the time
of the call (be sure to include
the time zone), the phone
number to access the call
and the participant PIN code.
(If you use Outlook for your
email, you can automate this
process by downloading
the free
Outlook
Plug-in.)
Each participant
will call the supplied
phone number at the prescribed
time. A voice prompt will
advise them to enter their
PIN code and they will
be asked to speak their name.
If the moderator has not
yet joined the conference
call, the participant will
be placed on hold until
the moderator arrives. If
the moderator is present,
they will be immediately
joined to the conference
call.
International
Conference Callers
International Out-Dial is NOT available on the Flat-Rate Plan; however, your international callers can access your conference calls by dialing the same (404) Atlanta, GA access number as your USA attendees.

Please note: If
you purchase the 5 line
plan, you will be limited
to 5 callers on each conference
call. It is not possible
to add an additional caller
on a one time basis. If
you get to a point where
you know you'll be needing
more lines, either purchase
the larger plan now, or
buy the smaller account
and call AccuConference
customer service to upgrade
your account when it becomes
necessary.
